After completing his medical training at Medical College Baroda, Dr. Gaadhe pursued postgraduate training in Internal Medicine followed by DNB in Gastroenterology, including advanced training at leading institutions such as Apollo Hospitals, Chennai, and advanced endoscopy training in India and internationally.

In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Gaadhe is actively involved in teaching, training and mentoring gastroenterologists in advanced endoscopic procedures. He serves as a master and proctor for advanced endoscopy, helping experienced gastroenterologists develop skills in complex procedures including EUS, POEM, Z-POEM, G-POEM, STER, ESD, EMR, EDEE, EDGE and endoscopic vacuum therapy.
