Visa & Travel Information
Once confirmed about your visit to Gastroplus, we send the visa requisition letter on your behalf to the Indian Embassy in the respective country.
Following details need to be sent via mail:
Name of patient, name of country, passport details.
Medical escort's name and passport details.
Carry atleast 20 passports size photos
Tentative arrival date at GastroPlus.
For those travelling to India on the medical visa, kindly register at the Foreigner's Regional Registration Office within 14 days of your arrival in India. Gastroplus team will assist you with these formalities. Patients travelling from Bangladesh and Pakistan should register themselves at the Police Commissioner's office or the nearest police station within 24 hours of arrival. Detail instructions are in transit documents/ visa documents.
